Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria are 1) women who are aged over 18 years, 2) gestation age is over 32 weeks, 3) native speaker of Swahili and 4) had one or more previous CS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are high risk pregnancy with conditions such as psychiatry disease, severe anemia, severe pregnancy induced hypertension, and severe pre-eclampsia.
