Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: New-onset non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy patients initiating optimal medical therapy including ACE inhibitors and beta blockers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who couldn't complete MRI scan Patients having persistent left side vena cava Patients with eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2
