Inclusion criteria: Inclusions: Qualitative studies. Clinical outcomes Studies will be included if they delineate the following: Dosage- either by the wavelength of the light utilized, the delineation of type of light administration (continuous, pulsed or super-pulsed as well as the pulsed frequency, if applicable) Power via average wattage, peak watts. Duration time of treatment Frequency of treatment Size of area of treatment Number of treatments applied Depth of penetration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusions: Gray Literature, Clinical studies on children under 20 years old.
