Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants is fully informed about the study and has signed the information consent form (2) Participant who gets motivated to this study (3) Age of 65 years of older (4) Not have engaged in organized regular physical exercise and sport

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) In the acute phase of a disease (2) Unable to walk without support (3) Unable to attend the study briefing or continuously attend the training
