aspiration, drainage, or no removal of intrapleural air.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. moderate or high degree of pneumothorax 2. Patients obtained consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. low degree of pneumothorax 2. bilateral pneumothorax 3. Patients who cannot express informed conset Bilateral pneumothorax 4. Patients who have any reason not suitable for this study
