Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: informed concent biliary pancreatic diseases with surgically altered GI anatomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute abdomen Patients with severe acute inflammation pregnant patient general condition is very poor
