Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: to have low back pain for 3 months or more,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no history of spinal injuries or surgeries in the past no signs from neurological conditions no history of medical intervention of motor control exercise

Muscular activity is recorded using surface electromyography. The onset and shut-off time of deep abdominal muscle activity are calculated. These values are compared post-intervention to before intervention,
