Inclusion criteria: 1)Age: 12-79 yrs 2)Positive results for Temp Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Systemic treatment with corticosteroid and/or immunosuppressants 2) Liver and/or renal dysfunction(AST/ALT>100IU/ml, serum creatinine>1.5 mg/dl) 3) Pregnancy and brestfeeding
