Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Malaysia Matriculation students; Muslim, BMI: 18.5-24.9; Not taking any medication (including herbal medicine and supplement).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignancy, immunodeficiency, autoimmune disorders, hepatitis, hypertension, HIV infection, or smoking.
