Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with lumbar canal stenosis undergoing spinal decompression without instrumentation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)patients with allergy against alchol or povidone iodine. 2)emergency surgery 3)physician`s judgement
