Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female human subjects, who are basically healthy other than having chronic constipation, whose constipation score is greater than 2 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have organic diseases in gastrointestinal tracts. 2. Subjects who are regularily using drugs, which influence on defecation. 3. Subjects who are regularily taking foods, which influence on defecation
