In every session,participants report their weekly mean caloric intake, receive cooking training and take the picture of the dish they have made. In the first session, we provide the overview of th

s goals.in the last session,participant are asked to answer the questionnaore again to examine any changes between Before and after this program.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: schizophrenic patients, eight times in total can participate in a cooking program of the hospital psychiatry going to hospital attached, to the Kochi University medical department. The one where I accept by an appeal in the outpatient department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The thing which has difficulty in participation for a cooking program. I do not get approval.
