Inclusion criteria: Randomized controlled trials. Participant: Grade I hypertension and/or high-normal blood pressure without treatments. Intervention: Ingestion of coffee chlorogenic acid for 12 or more weeks. Comparison: Placebo. Outcome: Blood pressure.
