Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Family caregiver of people with dementia 2.Communicable in Japanese 3.Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical, psychiatric or cognitive disorders that hampers full commitment to the program
