We conduct a monitoring test of the medication support system in a group home for three months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Workers in charge of medication management both in the intervention and control facilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Workers not in charge of medication management both in the intervention and control facilities.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
After the implementation of the system, it is expected that workers feelings of burden will be improved, drug-preparation time can be reduced, and the number of incidents will be reduced.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
It is expected that workers burden of medication management in the intervention facility will be lighter than that of the control facility.	—
