Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses having more than two years of clinical experience, taking care of patients with dementia, and working at acute care hospitals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Certified Nurse Specialist in Gerontological Nursing, Certified Nurse in Dementia Nursing, and nurses experienced as head nurses
