Inclusion criteria: All patients whose BNP and NT-proBNP were measured at Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Tohoku University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were judged to be not eligible in the present study by the physician in charge.
