Inclusion criteria: Patients with colorectal cancer of which primary lesion is resectable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of the following conditions will be excluded 1) patients with colorectal cancer of which primary lesion is not large enough to get sample 2) patients who received emergency resection of primary lesion 3) patients who are judged unsuitable for this study by principal investigator
