Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with stable COPD, who are aged 40 years and older, and have a smoking history of at least 10 pack-years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary osteoporosis due to hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, serious renal failure, type 1 diabetes. 2)Receiving oral systemic corticosteroid. 3) Malignant bone tumors and metastatic bone tumours.
