Inclusion criteria: The pregnant women who visit our hospital and got its consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the pregnant women who have complications of hypertension, diabetes, gestational diabetes mellitus, thyroidal dysfunction, renal function disorder, or mental disease and the women with placental previa
