Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: stage IB and II patients preoperation diagnosis of the endometrial cancer the adaptation of the open surgery patients are older than 20 years old PS is 0-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serious heart, cerebro-vascular disease When aspirin or warfarin cannot discontinue the fixed period of time in patients taking a drug resulting in bleeding tendency patients with a history of the radiation therapy to the abdomen severe renal damage patients severe liver damage patients When we judge that it is inappropriate cases
