Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Survivor patients who received mechanical ventilation for at least 24 hours and were in the ICU for >48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Second or subsequent readmission to the ICU during the study period 2) Patients who are difficult to answer in the questionnaire form
