Intervention group Throwing injuries prevention program(strech oh shouder and hip, skip, squat exercise) &amp
usual warm up program 10 minutes per 1 time, 2 times per a week, during 1 year Control group usual warm up program 10 minutes per 1 time, 2 times per a week, during 1 year

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: playing baseball in usual with no problem

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not to be able to do some normal exercises To have communication disability and not to understand the study
