Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30 volunteers with sound periodontium. 30 patients in department of peridontology, Tokyo Medical and Dental hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with infectious diseases such as HBV, HCV, HIV.
