Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meeting the clinical criteria for Alzheimer's disease according to NINCDS-ADRDA, and features of brain MRI examination and brain blood flow of Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with milk allergy (whey)
