Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Japanese adult females

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently under for either history of gastrointestinal diseases, carbohydrate malabsorption, diabetes, obesity or pulmonary disease 2. Taking antibiotics within 2 weeks 3. Those who use or take "Foods for Specified Health Uses" and "Foods with Functional Claims" containing prebiotics and probiotics in daily
