Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pathologically proven colorectal cancer RAS wild type PS; 0-2 untreated case

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe dysfunctions of vital organs no prior radiotherapy, chemotherapy no other co-existing malignancy within the last five years no severe concurrent medical or psychiatric illnessno hypersensitivity to the study drugs
