Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Smokers with a smoking index above 600.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non smokers.

MeasureTime frame
We identify disease-specific microbiome distribution from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. We evaluate the relevance to the patient's smoking index and clinical parameters (such as respiratory function test).
