MeasureTime frame
Work Engagement measured by Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9) at pre-intervention, post-intervention (3-week after), and 9-week follow-up.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Gratitude feeling measured by gratitude questionnaire. Work related happiness measured by Workplace PERMA-Profiler. Self-efficacy measured by generalized efficacy scale. Job and life satisfaction, social capital, supervisor / coworkers support measured by the Brief Job Stress Questionnaire Work performance measured by WHO Health and Performance Questionnaire (HPQ) Non-specific psychological distress measured by K6.
