Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 20 years or older. 2) Patients with malignant ureteral obstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with difficulty to perform transurethral treatment 2) Patients who are judged to be inappropriate.
