Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient was diagnosed with diffuse sclerosing osteomyelitis of the mandible by imaging examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The high risk case of critical complications induced by intravenous administration of zoledronate.
