Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare workers who attend the training of coping with diverse culture for health care workers who take care of foreign patients and who are going to take care of them at hospitals, which will be held at Tokyo Medical and Dental University Medical Hospital from April in 2018 to March in 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who do not agree to participate in the research.

MeasureTime frame
The difficulty in accepting foreign patients will be measured at the time of every application for the training, when the series of training finished, and within 1 year after that (totally within 15 times). The difficulty in accepting foreign patients will be measured by using the original 1-6 point scale the researchers made which is composed of 15 questions, including free text writing.
