Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral primary aldosteronism cases diagnosed by adrenal venous sampling, who will undergo unilateral adrenalectomy. Or, autopsy cases with primary hypertension. 2. Performance Status does not matter. 3. The cases with eGFR of 30ml/min/1.73m2 and over.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complications of other endocrine disorders. 2. Complications of other renal disorders. 3. The cases with kidney injuries by chemotherapy or radiation therapy. 4. The cases with the difference in a shape between left and right kidneys.
