Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults not having gastrointestinal symptoms, and not taking prescription of gastrointestinal drugs or anti-psychological drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults with current gastrointestinal disorders or past history of upper gastrointestinal operation.
