Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects Subjects who sign an informed consent form to participate in the study People who can exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have a history of heart disease, cardiovascular disease in the past, or who are currently undergoing treatment People who were judged difficult to exercise due to factors such as Injury at the start of the study

Amino acids (citrulline, ornithine, arginine) NOx (NO2 and NO3), SOD activity, catalase activity, arginase activity, mRNA and protein expressions of antioxidant-related gene (PGC-1a, SOD, CAT, GPX, NOX2, XOR, ARG1, ARG2, CARS2, SQOR), and metabolites in serum
