Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Morbidly obese patients with a BMI > 35 kg / m2 undergoing laparoscopic surgery Informed consent ASA-PS:1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pulmonary comorbidities COPD grade < 3, or FEV1s < 1000 ml Heart failure cardiac index < 1.8 L/m2, NYHA >2 Poorly controlled hypertension

Select individualized PEEP and assess change of trans pulmonary pressure during head down and pneumoperitonium.
