Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients older than 20 who undergo thoracic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous history of ipsilateral thoracic surgery, intrathoracic adhesion, severe complication, urgent surgery, psychiatric disorder, a woman desired pregnancy or during pregnancy or lactation, others judged as inappropriate.
