Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients of cetral nerve disorder the patients who have paretic uper limbs (Modified Ashworth Scale 0-3) inpatients and outpatients of Kagoshima University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patients who have painful upper limbs. the patients who are difficult to understand the examination. the patients who are decided unsuitable for this examination by medical dotor.
