Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who transferred with a diagnosis as "acute coronary syndrome" or "acute myocardial infarction" to Kushiro City General Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients arrived at the PCI hospital by themselves without emergency medical service
