Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are scheduled for elective lobectomy or pneumonectomy for non-small cell lung cancer, aged > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contrateral palsy, allergy to ropivacaine, pre-operative history of ipsilateral shoulder pain
