Inclusion criteria: Be the first grade in Secondary school Be able to communicate and read in Vietnamese Submitted informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Student absent on the research day Student who do not agree to join the study Student who has different lifestyle pattern from usual due to sickness or injury
