Inclusion criteria: healthy adult male

Exclusion criteria: the person who has orthopedic disorder or medical disorder

MeasureTime frame
Immune markers (NK-cell activity, Th1/Th2, INF-gamma) are measured at pre-trial, post-trial, post-yoga, 60 min after yoga, and next morning.
