Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Endometrial cancer, requiring pelvic and/or paraaortic lymphadenectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases in which robot-assisted surgery or lymphatic venous anastomosis is technically unfeasible or unnecessary, due to complications or other reasons.
