Interventions
Rehabilitation (joint movement exercise, muscle strength exercise) is started within the possible range within 6 hours after total hip arthroplasty.
As usual, rehabilitation starts from the 2nd postop

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient who undergoes primary total hip arthroplasty by hip osteoarthritis or femoral head necrosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases with motor and sensory disorders due to central nervous disorders, patients with mental illness, patients with dementia.
