Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who receive colorectal ESD 2) Colorectal epitherial neoplasms which are larger than 30 mm and smaller than 50 mm 3) Laterally spreading tumor (LST) 4) Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) cT1b(SM) cancer 2) non-LST lesions 3) Local recurrences/ Scar lesions 4) Easy bleeding disorder 5) Impossible to suspend anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications 6) Women during pregnancy 7) Inappropriate cases by investigators
