Inclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease patients who registered Kitasato University East Hospital,associated diabetic and be over 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who can't be inspect by MRI. Patients who have undertaken rehabilitation. Patients who diagnosed dementia. Patients who experience Whole-body vibration stimulation therapy Patients who diagnosed severe orthopedic disease Patients who diagnosed CKD Patients who diagnosed ASO
