Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to a palliative care unit and inpatient patients intervened by palliative care team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Visually impaired / hearing impaired patients, patients who can not evaluate mental symptoms, patients with high cognitive impairment
