Exclusion criteria

Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1)Incidence of adverse event (death, lethal arrhythmia(ventricular tachycardia. ventricular fibrillation), prolongation of hospitalization, and complicaton that leaves sequelae) during the switching therapy. 2)Success rate of the switching therapy | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1)The change of blood pressure and heart rate after switching therapy in 2 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours. 2)The change of blood pressure and heart rate after landiolol administration in 2 hours and 24 hours. | — |
