Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: body mass index (BMI) > 22 kg/m2 hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) > 6.5%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: decompensated liver cirrhosis hepatocellular carcinoma, or extrahepatic cancer serum creatinine level < 2.0 mg/dL pregnancy or lactation

1.Identify change of liver enzyme and steatosis using biochemical measurements and ultrasonography after 24 weeks.	—
