Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Living with hikikomori member (mainly, parent) 2. Hikikomori period is over 6 months 3. Over 20 years old 4. With witten informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to read or write Japanese 2. Difficulty in attending the program due to severe disease 3. Hikikomori member has already been to clinic or institution for hikikomori 4. Expectation of violence by hikikomori member 5. Others inappropriate for the study
